Incident #2 FAA Control Number: 2008FA0000561 Aircraft Make: PIPER Aircraft Model: PA44180 Part Name: Wire Part Condition: Broken Difficultly Date: 05/13/2008 Part Location: Alternator Internal failure due to broken wires internally, heavy sparking inside engine compartment.
